Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact our support team immediately to request any changes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free UK delivery on all orders and free worldwide delivery for orders over £100/€100.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping is available. Please check shipping options at checkout for availability and costs.
What is the estimated shipping time?
Delivery times vary by destination:
- UK: 2 to 4 business days
- Rest of the world: 3 to 17 business days
Please note: shipping times may also vary depending on the product’s location, as we have warehouses in both the UK and Asia. Final shipping details will be presented at checkout.
